Refund Terms

1. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all our paid prompt collection services.
2. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase date.

4. Refunds are available for subscription fees and premium prompt packages.

Refund Process

1. Submit your refund request with your order details and account information.
2. Our team will review your request within 2 business days.
3. If approved, the refund will be processed through your original payment method.
4. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.

Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if:

• Your refund request is submitted within 14 days of purchase
• You experience technical issues that prevent normal platform access
• The service fails to meet the advertised Nano Banana Prompt capabilities
• You are not satisfied with the prompt quality and curation standards
• Premium prompt collections or search features do not function as described

Refund Limitations

Refunds may be denied if:

2. The prompt collection service has been substantially used beyond reasonable trial usage
3. Terms of service or responsible AI principles have been violated
4. The purchase was made fraudulently
5. Account suspension was due to policy violations
6. Large numbers of prompts have already been accessed and used from premium collections

Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds for:

• Unused subscription time (prorated)
• Technical downtime that significantly impacts platform accessibility
• Service interruptions beyond our control
• Specific feature limitations (advanced search, premium collections, custom prompts)

Subscription Cancellations

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard
• Cancelled subscriptions remain active until the end of the current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods unless covered by our refund policy
• All saved prompts and custom collections will be retained for 30 days after subscription cancellation

Data and Service Access

Upon successful refund processing:

• Your account will be deactivated
• All premium prompt collection services will be discontinued
• Custom prompts and saved collections may be retained for a limited period as per our privacy policy
• You will lose access to all premium features including advanced search, premium prompt collections, and custom prompt creation tools
