Refund Terms

  2. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase date.

  4. Refunds are available for subscription fees and premium prompt packages.

Refund Process

  2. Our team will review your request within 2 business days.
  3. If approved, the refund will be processed through your original payment method.
  4. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.

Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if:

Subscription Cancellations

Data and Service Access
